Step aboard a virtual boat

An innovation for 2017 will be Boating World’s first ever Virtual Reality (VR) display, where prospective buyers will have the opportunity to step aboard new yacht models that are not yet available in South Africa. Their sales team have just returned from a successful trip to Cannes Yacht Festival, and they are enthusiastic to share their insights on the new yachts, as well as the leading trends from the European yacht market. All of this in virtual reality.

Karl Gilding from Fairline Yachts will also be joining Boating World at this year’s event. Karl will be on hand to discuss the exciting developments Fairline has in store, like the re-launch of the Targa 43 Open in 2018 and Fairline’s latest project – the ‘F-Line’ series, a brand new 33ft express cruiser, which will be ready for delivery in 2019.

Just in time for summer, Boating World will also have some incredible boat show specials on pre-owned boats as well as exciting co-ownership offers for new and pre-owned boats.

Referred to as ‘the grand-daddy of boat shows on the African continent’ the event has been attracting thousands of boat-mad visitors since it was first established 16 years ago and with these exciting new developments it promises to be the best event ever!
